Lead CST team as a player/coach running a minimum of 8 leads per week
Coordinates daily with the office and CST team to ensure all appointments are confirmed, each sale is scheduled for 3 activities per day (Appt, Self Gen, Canvas), all appointments are resulted from previous day and 24-hour call backs have been made
Recruits, hires, trains, rewards and holds CST team accountable to our core values and performance standards
Utilizes Reports and feedback from the locations and customers to identify additional sales training needs
Ensures that all CSTs meet or exceed standards for sales performance including dollars sold, closing percentage and average dollars sold per appointment
Performs daily ride along and one-on-one reviews with CSTs to build effective communication, to
understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of sales
performance
Network locally and canvas jobsites to generate leads for the CST team
Prepares and ensures productive Weekly CST Meetings, Call Back Nights, Monthly CST Conference
Calls and all Sales and Product Training Initiatives for the team
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are
communicated and implemented within the team
Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in in-home sales/sales management
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
Willingness to travel
Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams
