Production Manager

Supervise and coordinate multiple Olshan crews. Ensure exceptional Quality Assurance and amazing customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Manage Crew Members and Supervisors under your direct supervision
Recruit, hire, train, and discipline Crew Members and Supervisors
Examine and inspect work progress, equipment, and construction sites to ensure that specifications are met and make recommendations as necessary
Ensure jobsite quality and safety
Able to safely operate and maintain company vehicles
Inventory tools, materials and equipment; order materials; arrange repairs and prevent loss
Communicate with managers or technical professionals, other departments, or contractors to coordinate projects and resolve problems
Manage personnel, production, or operational data on forms or reports for safe and efficient operations
Train Supervisors in construction methods, operation of equipment, safety procedures and policies
Communicate and be point of contact for customers
Follow oral and written instructions; Communicate effectively with all employees
Adhere to all company policies according to the Employee & Safety Handbook
Prepare and conduct weekly Safety Meetings and Safety Inspections.

Ability to load and unload materials and supplies
Continuously stand for up to 10 or more hours a day
Bending and/or stooping is a regular activity frequently performed
Able to walk on uneven ground
This job is an outdoors job with little to no work to be performed indoors. Working outdoors in weather conditions including heat, rain and cold with temperatures ranging from above 100˚ F to below 0˚ F.
Working outdoors you may be exposed to the following but not limited to:
- Poisonous plants such as poison ivy/oak, briars, thorns, sumac, etc.
- Insects, snakes, ticks, household pets, etc.
Working weekends may be required; some travel
Requires effective communication by phone and in person with co-workers and customers
Requires good judgment and sound decision making ability
